Version The Next:

1) Added Whiplash Overhaul as a required mod due to how imbalanced Whiplash is without it, since it scaling off of heat results in reliable 20+ damage hits against robots, often with >75% to crit.

Version 1.2:

1) Removed Whiplash's double damage against robots and its ability to critically hit. It's still 10+ damage on a high accuracy, free action attack with these nerfs, which is insane for Proficiency Classes' generally reduced power levels. HEAT resulted in a near 100% crit chance and double damage to robots is so easy to capitalize on that the normal result of the unnerfed Whiplash was reliable, 22+ damage free actions.
1.1) Localization changes to Whiplash to avoid confusion.

Fixed ability costs. Old AP costs weren't properly cleared resulting in inconsistent AP costs.
