- modified frankenmech rarity and combat roles to try and fine tune how often they're fielded
- yojimbo difficulty rating slightly increased and changed to striker
- squall difficulty rating slightly increased and changed to brawler
- squall intro date changed to 3028
- ballista and athodyd made slightly less common
- vinegaroon, brusque, squall, poltroon and mad cat made more rare

- removed fixed equipment items as they were a source of too many bugs
- desperado's pistols now require chem lasers and cannot mount chem lasers in the torso; the end result is a slight buff
- mortar has a normal CASE tossed in the right torso to compensate for the removed right arm integral CASE
- halved lookout arm yaw; this was missed in a previous update
