Update defensive AI to be less defensive, update AI battle formations to be more flexible on the attack, change how hording works so that the AI is likely to hop around the world, fix some Roman recruitment options for cities before Marian reforms, change up mercenary recruitment so that when professional soldiers become more common, factions will prefer professional troops over mercenary ones.

Upload AI formations to fit better within blocks. Add marian reforms change so that marian reforms requires 5 huge cities to be owned by Roman factions (or to occur in 107BC per history).

Adding updated battle formations. Tested for a few days. I like the movement of troops now. Haven't tested sieges/ambushes/bridge battles.
