Tackling Germany, Sarmatians and Huns now.

- German Dugunthiz, Warriors and Gadrauht done - mostly - but not buildable.

- Fixed an error with war elephants, preventing the Cataphract Elephant from behaving properly. For some reason all the entries linking war elephants to their respective BHAs got deleted.
- Archers (slingers, archers, crossbows) rebalanced (no way jungle savages can outshoot crossbows).

European, Scythian skins integrated but not implemented.

- Barbarian Archers (TOLLENSEBOW) now mixes default Barbarian Archer skin with our own Tollense-inspired unit.
- European Slingers (TOLLENSESLING) added but not used.
- BARBARIANJAVELINEER, BARBARIANPHALANX all have 2ndary European skins.
- Pyu Spearman (???) now reuses Yayoi ashigaru skin. No use letting an unused asset go to waste.
- Scythian Bowmen yanked because their skin is now used in place of vanilla BARBARIANARCHER, providing Persians with a new skin.
