V.1.13:
- Fixed the range restriction on shots working when the mod is completely disabled

V.1.12:
- Added support for agent mods to specify what RANGED skill this mod should give them. Use a `marksmanSkill` trait in values. Value should match desired skill. Reminder that agents need at least RANGED 2 for any 2-handed gun.
- As a side effect of this update, Archimedes and Bethany (ITB) will be able to use their starting guns

- Fixed skill restriction on guns not working all this time because of a commenting out oversight
- Added compatibility with Draco's Neural Mapper
- Added a Ballistics brain chip to the item pool. Can choose between locking the skill at 3 and at 4.
