- The First doctrine in each tree will no longer consume any doctrine cost reductions you have
- Yugoslavias Army Drill Advisor has been moved from High Command to Army Chief
- Fixed a Yugo bug where integrating Greek Land wasn't working
- 1942 Cruisers gained an extra middle slot
- Cruisers can now only mount Torpedos on the middle and front modules of the ship (This changes max torpedos per hull from 3/4/5/5 to 2/3/3/4)
- Fixed a bug/exploit that let you get the bonuses of Radios twice by researching the item then doing the focus for it. Germany and France have had said tech stuff changed to provide a bonus that lets them research it in 1 day instead
- Fixed similar bugs with the USA and Canada for Rubber, English for nuke research, and Soviets and Netherlands for ships.

Soviets:
- After the rework of the Father of Nations portion of the soviet tree, the focuses became too easy to get for how good they are. Now each tier needs 10/15/20/25 propaganda completed instead of 5/10/15/20
- Soviets now have a -10 entrenchment and -20% max planning spirit when Barb starts, and is removed in 150 days, or upon the completion of Order 270


Amphibious:
- Amtracks no longer have 11 piercing
- Amphibious Tanks can no longer stack more than 1 Rocket Rail
- Amphibious Drive Module Reliability decrease -15% -> -30%
- Amphibious Drive Module cost increase 12% -> 25%

Amphibious tanks didn't have their modifiers adjusted when we did our last big change to Terrain Traits at the batallion level, leaving them very overtuned compared to what they should be. In general these match them with the standard tank batallion for all non water related things, but tacking on an extra -.05% here and there.

- Removed a duplicate Define for DISRUPTION_FACTOR_CARRIER for fighter interception, a net change causing it to go from 10 to 15

Yugo Changes:

The Political Tree has been completely overhauled, useless or broken focuses have been removed entirely. Focus times have been reduced down to 56 or 42 days depending on the value. To compensate for this, Greater Yugo is time locked behind a 2 year spirit, similar to the reform government France has. Getting cores on Bulgaria now inflicts a timed debuff to Yugo's economy, this debuff lasts for one year before expiring. Forming Greater Yugo now grants a core on Dobrudja.

The Military Tree has had its focus times reduced to 56 days in most instances. Military doctrine has been buffed from a 25 percent reduction to 50 percent. Three new focuses were added, one of which reforms your Serbian dominated High Command, the other two are mutually exclusive to that gives you buffs to your Infantry or Artillery.

The Industry Tree has been changed, with some buffs to make the Serbian side more competitive. Focus times have not been changed so as to maintain game balance with other minor nation industrial trees. The Serbian side now gives 2 infrastructure in all Serbian states. Serbian steel now also adds 100 Chromium in Montenegro. Central Management now gives +5 percent mil construction speed alongside +5 percent factory output. The decentralised path has had its construction speed buff changed from +5 percent to +10 percent. Expand the Sarajevo Arsenal now gives you a spirit in addition to 2 military factories. Some focuses have been reshuffled but all in all the tree remains the same.

The Naval Tree has had its focus times gutted down to 56 days. Doctrines have been buffed from a 25 percent reduction to a 50 percent reduction.

The Air Tree has remained untouched.

Romania Changes:

The all parties must end tree has had its focus order reshuffled.

Expand Greater Romania has been changed to be more viable. The focus can now be taken even if you've lost North Translyvania and Dobrudja.
The focuses now grant industry and construction buffs in the Transnistrian States to compensate for the greater risk of the provinces being close to the Soviet Frontline. There is now a trade off between the guaranteed off maps of the evacuation focuses, vs the physical factories which can be built quicker in Transnistria.

- Moved the Japanese Inter-service Rivalry into the Balance of Power Mechanic, code from Chezloc from mod 'PMFU'
- Italian decision forcing them into the war now will also cancel if at war with the UK and not just France
- Officer Training now gets 3 options to pick which trait you get instead of a 33% random change of getting one, but it costs 2 years to do.
- Added 20 Hungarian Focus Icons from mod 'Vanilla GFX & Aesthetic Overhaul'
- Fixed a bug where Yugo had access to the tank sharing decisions, but not the tank sharing decisions category, preventing them from doing German Tank sharing

- Fixed a bug where Poland was unable to do Agrarian Reform if they got the Peasent Strike debuff
- Added a new option when Vichy asks for its land back to have the Germans tell Vichy they need to do it again later. Vichy then gets a decision they can click to re-send the event to Germany at a later date.
- Furthermore, the option to not give back Vichy its land no longer causes them to unify with Free France
- Modified the event that happens at the start of the game to also display the state of the game rules so everyone knows what they are set to. (Idea taken from PMFU)

AG Batallions:
- Added a new Game Rule that will make it so Assault Guns are only useable as Support Companies. This can be toggled on or off before game start.

- Small gun 1/2/3 have had their Soft Attack and Hard Attack swapped so their Hard Attack is higher than their Soft Attack

General Changes:
- SHBB Are now split into their own category internally, so they correctly cost 8 Cap now. You will notice new icons for them as well
- The Naval GUI telling you how many screens you need now takes into account the Fleet Protector bonus to screening
- Netherlands now has a pair of decisions to swap their capital between the Netherlands and Java to fix supply and trade issues often seen with them
- Fixed portraits/icons/localization for ENG_stewart_menzies, ENG_alan_turing, SOV_invade_germany_idea, SOV_new_officers, Medium TD Gun Category, USA_james_byrne
- Artillery Designer now works for Pack AT
- You are now prevented from making a Heavy SPAA tank, as there is no batallion to use it so it couldn't be used.

Soviet Changes:
- Soviet Stavka focus requirements going from: March 1942 OR Order 270 to Order 270 OR (After Feb 1 1942 AND not at war with Germany) OR March 1943.
- Soviet Tank Rider focus requirements going from no requirements (Stavka was a prereq though) to Order 270 OR (After Feb 1 1942 AND not at war with Germany) OR JAN 1944.

The above 2 changes are due to an oversight where the goal of punishing 42 barbs meant a soviets that held through the first winter even at the river line would get much stronger than anticipated. These changes will slow out those updates so a soviets that is already ahead doesn't get further ahead too quickly. Note that Zhukov and the Soviet Depoliticize Industry focuses don't have any added prereqs beyond what Stavka gets, that way you aren't locked out of updating your build too long.

Air Define changes to help get cas flying in yellow air:
- COMBAT_MULTIPLANE_CAP = 3 -> 2.5 -- How many planes can shoot at each plane on other side ( if there are 100 planes we are attacking COMBAT_MULTIPLANE_CAP * 100 of our planes can shoot )
