- Fixed a number of bugs in the Shared China Tree for things not updated to BBA/AAT
- Changed Terrain in Hawaii from Plains to a combo of jungles/hills
- Fixed an issue where Uk decision to Demand Colonies didn't take the new states from BBA
- Commonwealth 25% research bonus for the Armored Car MIO to the faction members who didn't do the focus changed from Armor to Light Armor
- UK "Prepare for the Inevitable" Military Construction Speed 5% -> 10%
- USA "Not Our War" 1/2/3 spirit Factory Output Debuff reduced from 50/20/15% to 40/20/10%
- USA "Wartime Industry" Focus now grants 10% Factory Output
- Soviet "The Germans are coming" and "Tankograd" focus now can also be taken if it is Jan 42 and they have *less* than 5% surrender progress. This will help make sure the Germans actually try to push and don't just declare and sit there. Note that getting to the river like is 10% surrender progress, without Kyiv. If the Soviets can hold the marshes and Minsk, they can do so. Minsk alone counts for almost 3% progress, so if the germans can take it they can prevent the debuff 99% of the time without needing too much help from the minors.
- Tweaked the "The Germans are Coming" focus to make it so it grants the 20% Military Factory Production Speed as a seperate spirit instead of updating the third five year plan. (This is because thrid year plan goes away when at war). This also means when Germany does 42 barb that buff is permanent and not just till war starts
- Soviet T-26 Chassis now has a special turret that only allows AA on it so soviets can convert their T-26 stockpile into SPAA

Gamewide:
- Fascist Base intel increased to 10%
- Democracy Base intel increased to 10%
- Army Intel needed to see approximate division count and deployed Manpower 10% -> 15%

- Changed a number of the Tank Turrets to allow mounting of guns from 1 tier below them. Continuing to block some of them to encourage people having to put on better turrets at a later time. However it seems like its more expensive to refit than when originaly implimented so its not as big of a concern:

- Old Commonwealth UK branch has been Modified
- Commonwealth minors no longer have the generic MIO's that they got back on the 11th
- Commonwealth Tree under 'Invite British Investors' has been changed to be a shared focus tree, containing 7 different focuses
- Each focus will either grant a designer to the commonwealth nation, or grant 2 levels of MIO to that nations existing MIO for that.
- Minors are capped at 2 focuses completed from this sub tree
- Soviet Union Tank MIO's are now all available at game start, but you receive funds at 50% of the normal rate. The focus that used to grant the Designer now removes that debuff, and all of the debuffs are removed when you de-politicize the industry
- Fixed a bug with Pioneers not correctly applying their buffs
- Fixed a bug with Siam needing a state in Ethiopia
- Fixed Leningrad Aluminum Plant not moving all of the aluminum
- Removed the Mountain Gun as a separate tech/equipment and replaced it with an MIO trait. (May make a generic Pack Arty 3 and just nerf Pack arty 1/2/3 in general to make Romania and Raj get stronger ones but not require them to make it to keep using the stuff. But it didn't fit nice in the tree)
- Manually added a custom button for Spain to do the referendum to turn Fascist as the Vanilla one isn't working. Should work the same as the old one

Tactics description:

Several new tactics have been added, and some existing ones modified. New tactics reward certain general traits or skill level (usually 5+) in a specific skill. Some are upgradable if the correct criteria is met, and in those cases the upgrade replaces the obsolete tactic. Default phase and close quarters combat phase are affected. No new doctrine tactics are included, but some have been changed. Breakthrough now has a higher chance to roll at higher hardness, backhanded blow is easier to roll, and planned attack replaces standard attack if you have enough planning.

2 new phases have been added that are difficult to roll. In the first phase the attacker is baited by a trap tactic, which results in the attacker having a poor pool of tactics to draw from. This can escalate into a new phase, which is a more severe version of the first. There is an equal chance to breakout as there is to escalate. The severe phase can be completely escaped or de-escalated.

- Most nations can now access the default infantry, artillery, and tank MIO's, may revert in the future as this was intentional by paradox
- Swapped around Okmo and Kirov for soviet Tank MIO's in the tree, though the whole system will be reworked soon
- Fixed several focuses with tooltips claiming they gave the designer when they give the MIO instead (still a few more to do somewhere)
