- New feature: Prisoner Release Travel. All prisoners travel home upon release or escape. Added a game rule for turning it off.
- Added a game rule for turning Gather Commanders off.
- Added a game rule for turning Prisoner Transit off.
- All travels created by Gather Commanders and Prisoner Transit block travel events by default, but game rule settings can enable those events back.
- All new game rules are supported by Gamerule Gadget
- Added a yearly fallback to teleport prisoners of war stuck in limbo to the dungeon.
- Fixed ETA calculations on gathering commanders disrupting existing travel plans.
- Gathering Commanders get a +50% travel plan speed modifier to ensure they catch up with the army.
- Fixed Foundational Framework alert popping up even when it is loaded.
- Added a Changelog Alert popping up if the save was started on an earlier version of the mod.
- Compat: Knight Manager now supported by Foundational Framework

The update technically breaks savegame, but the Changelog Alert will execute a patch which should fix the savegame.
