Balance :
Traditionless Civic :
- +200 Edicts Fund from +100.
- Country Unity Production is changed to -75%.
- Tradition Cost is greatly increase by empire sprawl.
-- Meaning you CAN produce unity but way less than a normal empire, you COULD take Traditions but it will be very costly.
-- You may rather want to use it in more edicts, relics, decisions, etc..

- Linked to the 10 years cycle that unlock Ascension Perks / Civics, now your capital and 1 random owned planet will have its Planetary Ascension Tier increased.
-- Starting from your 3rd Ascension Perk, like you would be able normally.
-- It doesn't block you from doing the upgrade yourself.
-- Once your capital is maxed out, a total of 3 planets will be randomly selected.


Compatibility:
Grand Custodianship :
- I quickly made a "patch" for it on the demand of @lyra_tcm
- I made it so having the civic grant access to the same events (and so modifiers) that the Overlord Origin.
- It will auto-check if you have the civic yearly.

Empire Specialization - Science Alternatives :
- There are a few ways to increase your tech alternatives, based on things like having research X techs, having X population, etc ...
-- There are 3 Tiers : for the 1st and 2nd Tier, just complete one of the objective.
-- For the 3rd Tier, you need to complete them all of them, which should be around mid to late game.

Empire Specialization - Leader Specialization :
- Every 5 years, you may receive a modifier increasing the numer of leader in the pool, based on population.
-- There're 3 Tiers, for 3 population threshold.
-- Beware lowering your population, will reverse the modifier back its Tier, or even remove it !


Balance :
Insatiable Civic :
- +300% Collateral Damage

3.3 Update :

Balance :
Decisions :
- Influence price has been changed to unity, and price accordingly (like vanilla, x10).

Edict :
- Influence price has been changed to unity, and price accordingly (like vanilla, unsing the 3 different prices).
- Lenght time has been updated to perpetual, like vanilla.
- They all have a unity upkeep, based on the empire size.
- Edict Cap has been changed to edict funds (following the vanilla style of +1 cap = 50 funds).

Empire Size :
- Admin Cap has been updated into Empire Size.
- Cases where it was a solid value (+X) and not a mult (+Y%), is not a mult too.

Election Cost :
- Updated prices reduction to Unity, instead of Influence.

Government Reform :
- Updated to Unity, instead of Influence, like vanilla.
- The cost is the dynamically adjusted.

Traits :
- All traits has been updated to used the new restriction system.
-- It should help merging if you had a case where a trait would lock you out of merging.

Empire Specialization :
- The Ethics choice has been updated to their new values.


Fix :
- A lot of switching old codes with the new standard.
- Clean code, less "errors" in logs.

Empire Specialization - Ascensions :
- After taking 3 perks of the same, taking a 4th would show you back the tier 1 option, instead of the tier 2.
-- This also cause a rare, but possible, case where the option to skip to appear but they were indeed possibles options.

Empire Specialization - Ambition :
- Buffed all of the Advanced Ambition - it's a unique, important and limited choice.


Fix :
Empire Specialization - Ascension Specialization :
- Swarm Tier 3 event would pop up at every corvettes build, it's now a hidden event, as it was intended.
-- Also fix the localisation for it.

Empire Specialization V4.2 :

Empire Specialization - Economy Specialization :
- The first basic ressource an empire get to 1k, will receive a permanent bonus to it.
- Same for the basic strategic ressource to 25, but a bit better.

Empire Specialization - Science Specialization :
- The 1st science to 1k, will have a bonus in this category, and let you choose a bonus into any of its field.

Empire Specialization - Ascension Specialization :
- The last tier of Terraforming Mastery had his main feature missing, it has been added.
-- Ability to terraform Toxic and Molten worlds, by using an edict.
-- This feature has also been added to the Advanced Ambition : Planet Sculpting.


Balance :
Slingshot Origin :
- Slingshot price has been adjusted to be 250 energy x numbers of starbases.
- Also sending all fleets is more expensive for each fleet present; still better than using it multiple times.

Empire Specialization - Ascension Specialization :
- Swarm Tier 3 : Has been reworked to better fit the theme, now corvettes will have a way better fire rate while other ships would receive a malus.


Fix :
- The tooltip for the Government Reform Civic, the Megastructure last choice was incorrect; it did not display the bonus from the previous tier.
- Zro Manufacturer Ai Weight has been fixed, it should use it now.
- Fixed some localizations.

Empire Specialization V4 :

Empire Specialization - Ascension Specialization :
- For every Ascension Perk you take, your empire will specialize into 2 categories : Administration, Defensive, Megastructure, Militarist, Planet & Technological.
- This will unlock a choice between uniques modifiers for each categories : only one can be taken from a category; the unselected categories will still be availaible next time another perk from this category is taken.
-- For every 3 perks of the same category, the proposed modifiers will be upgraded to tier 2 (they don't remove the tier 1 you already taken).
--- The 1st time a 3 perks modifier is taken, you will unlock the tier 3 : it will be a even better modifier - ONLY ONCE PER GAME !


Balance :
Government Reform :
- Influence Price when skipping the choice, has been reduced from 50 to 25.

- Megastructure Option :
-- At level 3 : Keep the bonus from level 2.
-- The option is also availaible if there're any megastructures in your empire.


Fix :
- Empire Specialization - Psionic to Hivemind : had their civics missing after the transition.
