Balance :
- Ascendant Foundations AP Scaled bonus:
-- Unity was wrongly at 10%, instead of 1%; now, it's 2%
-- Also includes +1% Influence

- Project Cradle: Higher chance for Pre-FTL if you have the Sanctuaries AP; slightly higher chance for the Xeno-communication Origin

- Responsible is now a -1 trait, and -3 with the Purity cost reduction to traits
- Commanders from the Chain of Command civic now produces +1% Naval Cap & -0.5% Army Morale Damage Taken


Fix :
- My advanced traits didn't account the Purity cost reduction to traits
- Commanders from the Chain of Command civic weren't generating for Gestalt

- The Aether Reactor can now be free-placed outside of the gravity well, making it buildable with either Astral Rifts or Scars


Fix :
- Border Control / Juggernaut didn't delete starting ships if you were using a bio shipset
- Armada Initiative will spawn corvettes or maulers, depending your shipset
- Titanic Ship starts with the titans tech, making the Titanic Ship spawns again
