- Use the Swap_type for civics, instead of handling multiples variants of civics, for:

- Added Timeline events for:
-- Taking a Crisis AP
-- Becoming a Galactic Super Power
-- Taking a Galactic Role (via the AP)

Fix :

- The Aether Reactor can now be free-placed outside of the gravity well, making it buildable with either Astral Rifts or Scars


Fix :
- Border Control / Juggernaut didn't delete starting ships if you were using a bio shipset
- Armada Initiative will spawn corvettes or maulers, depending your shipset
- Titanic Ship starts with the titans tech, making the Titanic Ship spawns again

4.0.21 Update:
4.0 Update made changes to a lot of numbers, I can't list them all.
If something is still using old numbers, tell me. You're also free to comment on the balancing.

- Reworked the Ascension Path with the new Bio path; but refresh and clean the whole code
-- Synths can take Modularity, Nanotech, Virtuality, if you have the DLC
-- Machines can take another one from Modularity, Nanotech, Virtuality, if you have the DLC
-- Cybernetics / Psionics are forbidden as their trait are opposite but they can go Bio, and Bio can go both way
-- Just to note, I tried Cybernetics Hive to Synth but I would need to change the Authority to avoid problems and thats' a risky, so no path to Synth

- Anti-Piracy bonuses have been removed
- Genetic Selection Origin can be taken if you have the Biogenesis DLC
- 3 new Tradition Buildings (Cloning / Mutation / Purity)

- Behemot Fury:
-- Count in the Ascension Specialization, and taken into accounted as a Crisis
-- Count the Voidspawn Relic as a Guardian/Leviathan Relic
-- Colossal Warfare AP counts Behemot Class 1/2 as Titans, and 3/4 as Colossi

- The Deep Space Citadel Megastructure is counted for Megastructures count, and Mega-Engineering Perfection

- Globally replaced +1 Building Slot into +1 District

- My added Districts have been removed, as they're now mostly vanilla using zones
-- City Districts have been updated into zones
-- Special Districts (Archaeological & Astral Observation) are still districts but updated their limits par planet
--- The Astral Observation District doesn't watch/profit from Cosmic Storm by default, it's done by a special zone for it

- Apotheosis can be taken if a Leader has >10 levels, OR >13 including effective level modifier

- The following Origins now grant their corresponding AP / Tradition (DLC dependent) at game start
-- Nanite Foundries: Synthetic Age AP & Nanotech Tradition
-- Genetic Selection: Biomorphosis AP & Genetics Tradition; choose Cloning/Mutation/Purity Tradition, if you have the Biogenesis DLC
-- Shrouded Connection: Mind over Matter AP & Psionics Tradition


QoL :
- Cleaned a bit of Origins / Civics conditions (like not Genocidal, instead of listing all civics)
- Cleaned some concept tooltips (mainly about AP / Traditions)
- Failsafe for the Decrepit Fools tooltip


Fix :
- Global Conglomerate AP was creating log errors
- A lot of Civics were selectable at game start when they shouldn't (bug from 4.0 ?)
-- They now will be available after 1 year has passed
