[implemented Tail Replacement system for the Serpentine Form Issues regarding tail vanishing, this is a temporary fix method until I can determine the actual issue of why its not working.]

[Commencing testing with Improved Mutations, so far there haven't been any issues, so as of now I am removing it from the noncompat list.]
