-Fixed emissary stellarite conduit costing stellarite again instead of runic power.
-Fixed the phanon ships not being buildable, despite having the tech.
-Fixed missing icon for Phanon Class-11-Singularity.
-Fixed various decisions not appearing for phanon tier building upgrades from sigma tier.

-Fixed Phanon Vault not switching owner after the initial invasion. (This event works only before you occupied the phanon vault, you may need to reload an older safe if you did so already)
-Added missing techs to the Phanon Vault raid so that you truly get the full phanon experience.
-Fixed Phanon traits to not be added to your leaders on game start.

-Added a new event chain to obtain phanon technology without having to invade the droppoint system.
-Added the new star type called Phanon Pylon. All new Phanon Megastructures can only be built around this new star type.
-Added new Megastructure Phanon Stellar Converter which is able to turn any ordinary star into a Phanon Pylon.
-Added new Planet Type called Phanon MacR.I.P.P. which acts as your main source of Runic Power.
-Added new strategic resource Runic Power.
-Added new Megastructure Phanon Great Wall. This is the ultimate system defense installation, designed to to repel even the strongest foes (Stellarborne).
-Added new ship type: Phanon Megaturret. This is the actual offensive turret entity, mounted on the Phanon Great Wall.
-Added a complete new line of Phanon Tier buildings including automated buildings.
-Added various new events and event chains related to Phanon technology and ways to progress it.
-Added Phanon tier pop jobs to work the new Phanon tier buildings.
-Added a lot of new Phanon technologies.
-Added new Phanon tier bombardment stance.
-Added Phanon Tier species and leader traits.
-Added Phanon Tier Emissary that spawn Phanon tier buildings.
-Added Phanon Tier Enigmalith.
-Rebalanced Phanon Tier weapons to be half as good as Omega Tier weapons, making it a proper upgrade to Sigma Tier.
-Changed the Phanon Vault require 4 raids to give the all Phanon tech but now also spawns defensive drones in space that must be defeated.
-Changed the Stellarite event to fire 20-25 years after the Alpha Tier reactor has been acquired, instead of it requiring to have reached the end game date before.
-Drastically nerfed the Enigmatic Fortress weapon modifiers as they were too OP. in Turn it got it's shields and armor values doubled to make up for the loss of firepower.
-Drastically reduced the amount of spawned defense armies from all enforcer and giga fortress operator jobs to prevent late game lag.
-Nerfed all tiers of enforcer and giga fortress operator jobs to spawn less armies.
-The phanon vault can no longer be targetted by the emissary beam.

- Added enigmatic fortress defense platform to xenophile fallenempire. (Requires new game)
- Added enigmatic fortress defense platforms to players. It can be researched either by bordering a xenophile fallen empire, having found the enigmatic fortress leviathan or being a ZoFE ascended empire.
- Fixed decision_fractured_self_detonation decision to setup a proper project now.
- Fixed delta emissary not spawning delta capital buildings.
- Added "exists = owner" to all buildings introduced or overwritten by AoT to reduce errors and thus the chance to crash.
- Changed leaders who have at least levelled up once to be viable candidates for resurrection. This should shut down resurrection event spam.
- Changed resurrected leaders to be viable for resurrection again, should they have died again forcefully.
- Changed delta warbarge to be researchable as well when bordering any fallen empire on top of the reimagination project.
- Added new techs for phanon gatekeeper and warbarge sections. Before they simply unlocked silently when researching phanon design.
- Drastically reworked and simplified the code to spawn the planetary shield FX. It should also be more performant. (Thanks to TrailedMachines for inspiration)

-Updated scripted triggers to latest ACOT version. There previously were statements that always evaluated to true, hence defeating their purpose.
-Fixed wrong stellarite empyrean temple icon name.

- Fixed the resurrection vats event for resurrection not firing, sending those poors souls into the void forever without a second chance.
