- Reworked the condition trigger for the Dark Matter Production Core Project to have its country requirement removed, as it could potentially block exotic country types from this event.
- Removed the country requirement for the Dark Matter Production Core tech itself, blocking any non default empire from being able to research it, eventhough they may have finished the required event.
- Removed redundant checks for the flag ''finished_dm_production_core_chain'' for each automated building since that is already handled by their prerequisite gateway tech.

- Updated the Fallen Empire system initializers since they still had some old stuff from pre 3.0. (Requires new game)
- Updated the planetary icons from the latest planetary diversity update.
- Added ACOT to the dependency in the mod descriptor. This should make absolutely sure my mod overwrites ACOT.
- Updated pdxmesh.shader from Gigastructures.
- Delta, Alpha and Sigma Habitat housing districts now also give +1 building slot.
