Patton Vale has longer stopping areas so longer coal trains can pass through
3 scenarios now use the braked mineral wagon + adjusted timing

Maintenance Release Feature Update

Updated all signalling to utilise 'limit signal arms' and the new ground disc signal.
Added water (custom object) to reflect the river running through the valleys

Adjusted AI braking settings with new BR Blue Siphon G
The city loop services now runs mostly with 2-car class 117's, as NSE did typically.
The Central - Oaklands shuttle runs with 108 power twins.
The 126 has been replaced by 3-car 108s.

More greenery again, most between Woldworth and Bellevue.
New industry track diverting at Millham and ducking under the line later (no scenarios yet).
Updated 2 'trackwork' scenarios to use the 'Mk1 NetworkRail' coach.

Added full scenery for industry connection at Croydon South
Added a wye for the connection to Croydon South
Added 2 freight scenarios that run to/form Croydon South using class 37
