- Fixed that the DisableMines option was not working
- Fixed that the plugin hooks were registered twice when reloading it.
- Fixed compatible issues with CompMod
- Cover up for higher network latencies (up to 500 ms), so the status messsage uses the correct parameters.

Pregame++:
- Changed the way how the status messages get networked:
- This makes them ways less buggy, so they get removed properly
- Less network traffic and server load.
- Fixed that the armor/weapon upgrade status gui did not show up with pregame++ enabled.
