Update to use bloom definitions for all guns that caps the bloom behaviour to running amounts in case you are force-enabling sprint.

tweaked a few materials, fixed up animation fade-betweens so gun animations are no longer snappy, added barrel heat to the machine guns

Update for latest Draconic version; added support for integrated lights & weapon camos. Fixed M7S muzzle attachment position. Updated various weapon materials.

- updated and improve various materials
- new animations for the sidekick (credits to AdoraBirb)
- update most worldmodels to fix/support third person weapon animations

- Redid the materials (again) on almost everything
- Reverted change to static cubemaps because of new Draconic Update which has automatic fallbacks for AMD users
- Made pistol custom lua only apply in singleplayer, as for reasons unknown it bugs out in multiplayer.
- Trackerless SPNKr replaced with Halo 3 model
- "Near Miss" sounds added
- Attachment pickup/application sounds added.
- some other stuff I'm probably forgetting

- Updated the materials on almost every weapon, everything now looks a lot better and is using manually assigned cubemaps as to prevent AMD users from having the issue where cubemaps become missing textures.
- Made the VK78 not as awful to use the sights on.
- Custom lua on the M6D to post-correct the size of the slide in first person to be accurate with the bugged Halo CE version.
