Cellar cover noise fixing

Added soundscape. Added sound to cellar cover breaking. Added 2 bomb spots to tree in A, removed bomb spot from next to cellar exit.

Added more blocking volumes to smooth out stairs at T spawn, ct spawn, t routes to A and B courtyards, t side connector between courtyards, mid stairs, sewers, and castle. Turned on some more roughness maps.

Added blocking volumes to stairs at mid, short b, and kitty to try to smooth player movement, may add more if there is improvement. Enabled specular highlights for materials with roughness maps available.

Fixed plant collisions, floating chair in ct, and pots and lights floating away from the wall, thanks Saikanadian. Changed PhysMaterial for stone materials to not be wallbangable. Lowered bomb spots in A. Added ladder to step up onto castle steps from kitty.
