## General
- Boss health reduced by 25% across the board.
- Difficulty HP scaling from 0/50/100/150% to 0/20/40/60%
- Boss attack damage scaling from 0/15/30/45% to 0/20/40/60%
- Ability difficulty scaling more aggressive, Normal spells have higher cooldowns and lower values, Nightmare spells have about half the cooldown and double the values (on average, not all boss spells adhere to this)

Fixed Universal Heroes having reduced base damage after 7.38
Lifesteal now has parity with vanilla (pure and reflection damage doesn't trigger it)
Removed Heaven's Halberd for now
Gleipnir to DOTA2 parity, removed Maelstrom from it.
Removed Khanda for now, added Break to Phylactery upgrade primary target at Shadow Tier, Silence or Disarm (50/50 chance) at Demonic, Silence and Disarm at Divine and Stun at Bahamut.
Increased Madstone received by allies when clearing Neutrals, they now receive an equal amount of Madstone as the player who cleared the camp.
All Neutral tiers can be recrafted endlessly, not just Tier 5. Neutral timing from 5/15/25/35/60 to 2/10/20/30/45
Removed attributes from most Neutral Artifacts that are not currently in DOTA. Buffed certain passive/active effects.
Buffs to Martyr's Bulwark, Scythe of Vyse, Monkey King Bar, Manta Style and illusions in general have been buffed (thanks to Pongoss)
Facet reworks for Bloodseeker, Pudge and Riki
Temporarily disabled Anti-mage, Shadow Shaman, Hoodwink and Visage for a variety of reasons.

nerfed iron talon and serrated shiv to be more in line with other %hp damage items/abilities
