fixed mayhem's player limit, you should be able to queue as 10 now

reduced the base health of all units anywhere between 10% and 40%
difficulty now increases health by +35/70/105% (from 25/50/75%)

fixed tiny toss causing the tiny's to combine as well, instead of just the golems
reduced some boss health values to accomodate increased spawn rates

tweaked strategy suffering from mayhem's unit count multiplier, two gamemodes have seperate values now. Reduced the spawn count of certain waves that kicked my ass
this means no 24 gnoll assassins any more (in strategy, in mayhem you will still get 24 gnoll assassins)

Changed lobby maps, difficulties no longer pickable in lobby, instead gamemode is. Difficulty is chosen ingame. Map layout is randomly chosen each game, each map having its own style and enabling different heroes.

MMR will be frozen temporarily, as bugs are expected after a major overhaul like this

increased base damage calculation from baseDamage x 3 + 30 to baseDamage x 5 + 120
fixed phantom assassin's stifling dagger dealing less damage than intended.

buffed hero base damage from +(BaseDamage + 30) to +(2xBaseDamage + 60)
Roshan's roar of retribution now has a 6s global shared cooldown
various fixes to PA (khanda, dame noire infinite stacking immaterial etc)
fixes to sniper (deadeye no longer triggers by illusions or against dead units)

fixed cooldowns instantly resetting instead of being reduced by a fixed amount for certain heroes (ex. warlock, sf)
