'Division by Zero' and 'Infinite Equation' country modifier is removed. (Effect of civic is not changed.)

'Cyberspace World' planet: Provide following 3 districts.

District
Data Drive District: +15 housing, +5 Cyberspace Worker jobs. (Requirement for below 2 districts.)
Reality Simulation Area: +10 Simulation Director jobs, +5 Cyberspace Worker jobs. Build cost: Energy 500 Build time: 0 (It's zero, seriously.)
Virtual Leisure Area: +10 Cyberspace Entertainer jobs, +5 Cyberspace Worker jobs. Build cost: Energy 500 Build time: 0 (This is intended.)

Job
Simulation Director: Research Points +5, Consumer Goods -2 (Need no housing.)
Cyberspace Entertainer: Unity +6, Amenity +2, Consumer Goods -3 (Need no housing.)
Cyberspace Worker: Amenity +4, Trade Value +4 (Need no housing.)

'Processing Optimizing Unit' district is added, which provide 10 'Optimizing Drone' jobs.

Ascension Perk
Planetary Systems
It is renamed to 'Planetary Machine Project' and will require 'Machine Worlds' perk to be selected.
Every newly terraformed 'Machine World' will have Automatic Districts which need no pops to produce resources.
It will now increase terraforming speed by 10%

Artificial Worlds
This newly added ascension perk allows 'Synthetic Ascended' Empire to terraform a planet into 'Artificial World' which have similar function to 'Machine World'.

Machine Worlds
The one for 'Synthetic Ascended' Empire is removed. (Machine Worlds perk for 'Machine Intelligence' Empire is NOT removed.)
