Turns C3M4's finale part to have water color of something between the swamp and C4's very clear water. Is that how real water works? Probably not.

C2M1 fog color and $fogend changed to make the colors blend better.
Water looks a bit more turbid, but I think it looks better.

Adjusted $fogend for C14M2. The cut off looks abrupt, but since the beach is a plateau, it was the best I can do without revealing the cliff right under the safety net buoy.

urban_river and C5 just a little darker

nerfed $refractamount to 0.22 from 0.5 [vanilla is 0.25]
nerfed the overall blueness of urban_river and C5's $refracttint, which is the clearer portion of water and also the $fogcolor, which is the "deep water."

Whoever it was on the comment was right on the river being too blue. The more I looked, the worse it looked.
