FINAL UPDATE.

- Cannon Towers and Stockades now can garrison units (Bastions and Blockhouses lose this ability)
- Final set of warships are fully coded in - this includes Ironclads, Monitors, Steam Frigates - and the French-only Gloire class armoured frigate.

No more updates will be posted, except critical ones involving information, sound files and bugfixes.

A spinoff of the classic "Rise of Napoleon" by OneDeadAngel back when the modding community for Rise of Nations was in its infancy, "Ultima Ratio" is the first of a series of mods all dealing with the rise of the West and the dawn of industrialisation on earth.

In Ultima Ratio, you will get to discover the world of the early 19th century. A world of intrigue and bloody-minded ambition set against the gradually quickening pace of life under the wonders of science and industry. From the battlefields of Europe and America to the mountains of India, a whole new world awaits those who are able to have the final say in global affairs.

- Infantry recruitment rejigged
- French units also amended. Horse Guards are now trained from the Fort as opposed to the Cantonment.

Industrial Era (Enlightenment Age) is now available. For now only some units - Rifled Guns, Rifle Infantry and Marine-type infantry - are available. But for the purposes of this mod, the following units are envisioned:

- Uhlans - meant for use by Prussia and Austria.
- Steam ships - Ironclads, Monitors and Steam Frigates.
- Native American units. Units such as Native Auxiliaries and Native Scouts are expected to be made ready for the three American nations - the Lakota, Iroquois and United States.

- Missing audio, missing icons, continue to plague this mod. We will fix them as we go along.
