Latest update:
= Unitrules.x structure rejigged. For better control as well as to mitigate bugs being caused by unit slot / JUMP / GRAFT issues.
= Better voice acting - new voice lines, and edited voice lines added.
= New militia system - gun militia (Lantvarns, Grenzer, etc) don't upgrade to Riflemen. This change is intentional.
= USA changes - State Militia is now a Barracks unit, replacing Fusiliers.

Bugs fixed:

= Rocket Artillery was discovered to be bugged, firiing fewer than the prerequisite salvos indicated in unitrules.x - this was a crash-causing bug (thanks Declan).
= Janissaries now have voice acting.
= Zirhli Sipahi is now part of Ottoman roster. Dunno why it was missing.
