  • New Command Point system has been implemented, player HQ now generates CP after every two minutes.

  • Sniper camouflage has been reworked for all factions for better balance, it is now similar to COH1 camouflage.

  • On-map heavy artillery units can now damage transmission of vehicles.

  • All dispatch abilities which granted free units have been removed, instead these units are now auto-deployed, but require Game Mode Pack to work properly.

  • Order No. 227: Soviet Reserves are now auto-deployed along with automatic artillery barrages on enemy and neutral sectors.

  • Fresh Conscripts have been added to Order No. 227: Soviet Reserves, they are poorly equipped and can not retreat or reinforce. They also can not be upgraded similar to Regular Conscript units.

  • Pop Cap has been increased from 200 CP to 500 CP.

  • Pop Cap upgrade from Supply Yard now increases CP by 200.
