*Fixed technology prerequisites for In-Situ Mineral Processing and Cogenerative Photovoltaics.

*Removed reference to nonexistent starbase modules.

*Removed Arcology District

*Isotope Refineries now require a techonlogy and produce +5 energy and +2 physics research instead of +4 energy and +4 physics research

*Microgravity Fabricators now require a technology and produce +5 minerals and +2 engineering research instead of +4 minerals and +4 engineering research. Upkeep reduced to 3 energy from 4 energy.

*Agricultural Zones, Astro-Mining Bays and Solar Power Processors now produce 1 less resource than previously, but three new technologies that boost each by +1 have been added.

*Orbital Redevelopment technology added. Unlocks an edict that allows you to expand your habitat to 25 tiles at the cost of 10,000 minerals and 5 years.
