Started Adding:
- Show Me The Dosh 2.0- zeds drop green dosh if they were killed with a headshot, yellow otherwise.
- DMG 2.0- reward and cost for firing made a static 10 and 5 respectively, dosh magnetism now always active.
- Zed Rush and Zed Game waves converted to time-based waves (were zed count-based waves).
- Over six max players support (FiestaMaxPlayers in the config, currently clamps from 1-64).
- More consistent zed spawning (they were occasionally failing and slowing down a number of waves).
- A number of misc feedback tweaks to existing waves.

Finished Adding:
- Config variables for max zeds at once, spawn rate, and zed movement speed for every wave.
- difficulty support for >6 players. Currently further adjusts spawn rate delay (time between spawning zeds) and the maximum number of zeds allowed to spawn at once on top of config variable settings.
- > Spawn Rate Delay: 1x to 0.001x across 7 players to 32 players.
- > Maximum Concurrent Zeds: 1x to 2x across 7 players to 16 players with a maximum allowed 64 zeds at once.
Hopefully this won't kill anyone's framerate too badly ;)

Tweaked:
- With implementing the new config variables for zed movement speed I reverted zed default movement speed to match vanilla KF2 values (was lowered 5-10% depending on the difficulty), making them a bit faster across the board. To counter this the default config values dropped for the harder waves (Fiesta and Divide & Conquer now have a 0.9x zed movement speed for example). Of course I will keep an eye on these values and tweak them accordingly if they seem too far out of hand (expect that to happen over the next big update or two) but don't forget you can adjust these if you want more/less challenge as well.
