First Response Tactical operators instead dark green jacket wear light green shirt again, as well as shiny helmets and PCV, but bulkier and way better - now vest have crotch and neck protection. They are now equipped not only with pepper sprays and keychains, also with tasers, handcuffs, medpouches and gauges again — all in one on returned chad PCV instead virgin UPV!
Don't worry, new gear such as ELM and HUD glasses still kept. And their shirts are uniquely suited like Transit Authority, with opened collar and without tie (that variant with tie will still appear for vestless tactical officers). Lightweight FLAK vest is also keep in place, giving FRTOU guards lookalike exactly straightly from BMCER 2021 day-one release. Their formal patches embroidery originally recolored to green for consistency with their jacket which officers don't wear anymore; pocket and shoulder straps also darkened to same color as pants, like default security. Also First Response Tactical Operations Unit members now always have their own badge attached on armor and hi-vis vests like their colleagues from Security Division and Transit Authority, not only with tie.
Paramedics and firefighters (formal) wear consistent shirt from guards too, so L4D shirts are gone! But beware that bodyguards also will gain the same dark green sided helmets from FRTOU (count as SSF agents especially got them).


For now it's compatible only with BMCER:A, other mods aren't planned!
