Flooring Floors

Description
A wide collection of clean looking flooring. High-resolution textures are available HERE .
This mod was created for my personal use, but in the end I decided to share it because why not. All textures were created from scratch by me.

Features:
🞛 18 styles of wood flooring, including multiple rotations and mixed versions.
🞛 24 styles of stone flooring in all stone variations.
🞛 20 styles of metal flooring in steel, plasteel, silver and gold variations.
🞛 Stone checkered pattern to make checkered floorings out of different types of stone (or to simply dye them).

Notes:
🞛 Due to the amount of floors that this mod adds I strongly recommend using Better Architect Menu to make your Architect Menu nice and decluttered!
🞛 Most wood and metal floorings are under the dropdown menu to avoid clutter.
🞛 All parquet floorings are considered fine.
🞛 All floorings made out of gold, silver, jade or obsidian are considered fine.
🞛 All metal tiles are considered fine (not plates).
🞛 If some labels are obstructing the gizmo previews, I suggest selecting any material with the shortest name to see them better.
🞛 In order to remove the checkered pattern, use the deconstruct order (also keep in mind that the pattern is destructible due to being a building and not a terrain).
🞛 Certain patterns may not look as clean since I make these textures in 2048x2048 resolution first and then downscale them for the main mod (not noticeable if you aren't using Camera+ or similar mods).
🞛 I may add more flooring in the future if I feel creative and have free time.

hey, sorry if there's been requests for this already but there's a updated/revived version of Expanded Woodworking by a seperate modder - Expanded Woodworking 2 by Qomradequeer
that isn't supported by the mod.
apologies again
(I can provide the link if asked, just iirc steam is fickle about links?)

well i would've suggested 4pP, just as the normal bricks, but 8 might be worth a testplay too x)

for comparison, by the time i got 500 jade on a very chillaxed "build up first"-colony, i've had 500-1500 of some different low tier gems, 0 of any "rare" gems. smoothed floor plates from another mod cost 10 and it seems costly but kinda okayish for the huge prettyness, so, yea, 4-8, maybe rather 8, would seem fine i think. :)

@Balthazad
How much do you think they should cost? I've never used the Gemstones mod, so I'm open to any adjustments that are needed.

Glad to hear that my suggestion was helpful :)

hi scav! :)
any chance you could bring urself to a little cost-adjustment? i'm using the Gemstones mod, but despite it throwing 1k of some gems onto me, the gems ain't enough to make floors out of them, due to the floors costing 20pP (all gemstones are "jades" so to say) instead of the 4pP that they cost bricks.

[JF] Geometric Floors was a great hint, i love those carpets, dye turns the options into thousands! thx :D

Ah makes sense. Sure that would be great, thanks!

I personally never used this mod. I just checked what type of terrain it adds and the type of material it requires (all terrain requires nanobots). If needed, I can add wood and metal floors too in the next update.
Narcessa 27 Sep @ 11:16am
Sounds good. Is it possible to also add integration with the wood tiles as well? Nanostone should be compatible, or at the very least, the nanobots. Unless you want some nano*wood* to fit thematically, I can discuss with the modder.

Damn, thanks for reporting it, will be fixed.

You have a typo in one of your floor labels: I assume "evora oarquet" should be "evora parquet"

That typo appears also in most of the mod patch versions of the same floor.

@Narcessa
I forgot to check the stats, will fix that in the next patch.
