Numbers (1.6 Temp)

Description
Adds a customizable general overview tab, allowing you to see any stats on all your colonists or prisoners in a single window. Quickly compare colonists to see who your best doctor is, or to assign gear optimally.

Features
  • Customizable overview tab, displays as many columns as you can fit on your screen.
  • Displays Stats, Skills, Needs, Gear, Queued jobs, Pawn Records, etc etc.
  • Prisoner and medical controls, equipment overview, current job.
  • A Medical Tab that's better than Fluffy's Medical Tab.
  • Mass assign zones. Ctrl + Shift + Click the header of a zone just above the zone you want to assign all pawns to that zone.
  • Works with colonists, prisoners, enemies, animals, wild animals, and even corpses.
  • Presets! Save, load, move and share your custom layouts. Store them as default.

Usability
  • Slide and reorganise columns as you see fit. Reorderable headers!
  • Click headers to sort by stat and compare.
  • Click to jump to colonist.
  • Right-click headers to close.
  • Draggable options for things like: prisoner interaction, all checkmarks. Try it on outfits, medical care, hostility response mode and be pleasantly surprised.

It can be added to existing saves without problems. I've even had success removing it from a save, apart from a one-time error upon loading.

Numbers Tab Does not Open:
Upload the log when you encounter this issue (see How to report Bugs section). To fix the issue : Goto Options (In pause menu or main menu) > Mod Options > Numbers > Reset Tables to Default Columns

Known issues:
None currently. If you experience it breaking, send me a HugsLib log. Most errors can be recovered by loading a saved default or preset.

Keybinding conflict:
Okay so I lied about the known issues. There is one. Numbers uses Z as a hotkey to open its main window. Z is the only regular key not yet taken by RimWorld. Every mod will want to use it so it will collide sooner or later.

If you run into this conflict, open the keybinding settings in the options menu. You can decide for yourself which mod is allowed to lay claim to the coveted Z button.

The situation is unfortunate but as it is a user setting, it's easily fixed.

If you like this mod, please considering buying Mehni a coffee.

How to report Bugs?
  • Use RimSort[github.com] to sort your mods.
  • See if the error persists with only this mod and its requirements active.
  • If not, try adding your other mods back in one at a time until the error reappears. That will help you find which mod causes the conflict or issue.
  • Post your error log using either HugsLib Log Uploader or Standalone Log Publisher
  • If possible, generate the log with only this mod and the conflicting mod enabled. Try to avoid using your entire modlist when reporting.
  • If you need help diagnosing your modlist, feel free to visit the RimWorld Discord Server[discord.com].

Rewritten, updated, expanded and maintained by Mehni and Dawnsglow.
Much thanks to Maarxx for adding support for Royalty.

This fork is an update/temp mod. The fork will be removed once the original author updates the mod to 1.6 or asks to remove it.

Differences between two versions

New Features:
  • Dropdowns sorted in Alphabetical Order
  • Add Autoslaughter Button
  • New Stats: Ideology Certainty, Toxic Buildup, Caravan carrying capacity, Loyalty (Now visible for Guests and Enemies)
  • New Designators : Extract Skull (Credits to Marek15 for original code)
  • New Table : Wild Men (Must be enabled in settings)
  • Current and Queued job tooltip shows the full job (text will not be truncated)

Bugfixes:
  • Texture created in different thread (by JiaRG)
  • Some stats disappearing between game load
  • Prevent crash when accessing work priorities for new pawns when priorities are not initialized
  • Remove Abilities Button from Animals, Wildlife and Corpses Table causing the game to crash
  • Psycasting preset trying to all abilites instead of the ones which can be casted causing the table to grow very big
  • Hide reset button in main menu since it requires a loaded save to work (previously caused a null reference exception when used without one)

  • English: Mehni
  • Russian: JasKill
  • Chinese (simplified): AlongWY
  • German: Amalek
  • Spanish: Crusader

@jucardi @Martin : I’ll check into the colonist bug and the new equipment column. I don’t have a timeline yet for when I’ll work on it.

@Krypt : yes, I shouldn't had changed the packageid of the continued version. Changing it back now will be more disruptive because some mods are using the new package id.

@Pholith : Please post the logs. Check the instructions in bug report section of description.

@NOT SUGAR @whymemutted : The tab is not supposed to be kept open during gameplay, calculating the values is expensive. I don't intend to improve performance any time soon.

jucardi's idea would be amazing. Maybe it can also have its own label like "Equipment+"

Hi there, suggestion, in the Equipment column, could you show next to the gear icon one colored letter with the quality of the item followed by the durability?

- red "A" for awful
- white "N" for normal
- green "G" for good
- blue "E" for exceptional
- purple "M" for masterwork
- orange "L"

E.g:

[icon] A (50%)

On my game I can't close a column, right clicking on it sort it like the left clic

Package id of this mod is not "menhi.numbers". This breaks mod compatibily for every mod trying to interact with it.

Bug report: Colonist tab - A colonist that has been imprisoned is still wrongly shown as a colonist. In the vanilla tabs he is not shown as a colonist.

You're the goat! :praisesun:
DawnsGlow  [author] 18 Aug @ 5:39am
@CrimsonKnight : In the latest update, the tooltip will now show the full job when hovered.

@DeathKnight : Unwavering Loyalty should be in the latest update. The column is called Unwaveringly loyal.
