Description
This is a library that provides shared functionality for other mods.
For best results, make sure that HugsLib comes right after Core in your mod load order.

Also includes the Log Publisher: press Ctrl+F12 to upload your Rimworld logs and get a link to easily share them with others.

Can be safely added to existing games.

that is exactly how it works mods arent "free use" if they use copyrighted content
however as like every other comment has said
they are false dmca claims to EVERY mod

all that DMCA shit came to rimworld from so called jesterians, cos author is from Russia and they already shited in his comments showing true face of there so called nation. So keep in mind when you hear something like "shhtay with shmuckkrain whaaaaa!"
