  • Custom engine sounds and startup sounds. (Applicable to Paradise Vehicles)

Required:
Burnout Paradise Remastered - Vehicles (Prop Version) - Required to get the chassis and wheel models to be used in this pack.

Shared Vehicle Assets - Required to not see missing textures and sounds.

Recommended:
Glide // Circular Functions (Nitrous, Health Bar) - Highly recommended if you want the ability to use boost on the vehicles.

Proxy Color Tool - Recommended to give better control of coloring the vehicles.

Advanced Bonemerge Tool - Needed to bonemerge vehicle parts.

FAQ:
Q: I can't find the vehicles!
A: Check the vehicles list and look at the Glide category. All the sub-categories start with Burnout Paradise in their names.

Q: Can you port this model for me?
A: Sorry, I don't take any requests or suggestions.

Q: Can you add these vehicles to another vehicle base?
A: I don't have any plans to support other vehicle bases.

Q: Can I modify these models?
A: You are allowed to modify these models in any way. However, please provide proper credits to me if you are modifying my ports.

Q: Can I port these models to other software like MMD?
A: You are more than welcome to do so as long as you provide credits to me for using my port. However, be aware that these models have been modified to work in Source Engine and are specifically meant to used in Source Engine only.

The reason is some cars are really hard to turn in the game aswell, you just dont notice because of the Drift physics (which is a separate mode from the main driving one) and the large roads of Paradise City, but a lot of the cars, without using drifting or handbrake or the grinding on the walls are troublesome to turn.

Unsub and resub from this addon, the props pack, and the shared assets pack. Then try again.

I have weird thing happening to the cars. Like they have that black and purple textures. I have everything installed. Could someone help? Please

Watson R Turbo

It is probably intentional to mimic turbo spool sounds but it is a really annoying sound in long term imo.

Well, what do you expect? If you try to turn something like some big van or truck, especially on high speeds, it will turn just like a tank.

Can you tell me which vehicle specifically do that humming sound?

Also, I see what you mean, but there's going to be an Glide base update that affects the suspension parameters. So, I will hold this off until after that update.

This mod is really nice. But if I were to do suggestions it would be about two things.

Some cars have an engine sound that makes a constant buzzing behind the normal engine tune and that kinda hurts after using the vehicle a while

And the second thing is that vehicles with high suspension travel have no suspension travel at all and wheels keep clipping to ground.

Other than these it is a very nice mod

kind of everything that isn't Olympus, Takedown 4x4, or Pioneer. Mostly using a 1x tall phx block as baseline, but some cars have difficulty getting onto the concrete on gm_construct just as another example
