this is the beating heart of the k-pack

huge, unorganized list of changes:
- every weapon script for the weapons in the collection
- throwables (beta pipebombs + 1000 dmg explosions; much bigger and quicker damacing molotovs)
- consumables (buffs to all of them)
- removes shoving cooldown
- no firing speed or reload penalty while downed
- melee, shove and chainsaw range is increased to 95
- quick swap for every gun like in nightmare
- every infected (including commons) have drastically reduced health
- tank has 2.5x health, from 4000 to 10000 hp
- burning the tank to death takes 120 seconds
- witch has 2x health, from 1000 to 2000 hp, and can't be crowned anymore
- common limit is raised from 30 to 90
- special limit is raised from 3 to 5
- specials spawn much faster, depending on difficulty
- disables consistency check
- no cooldown between sprays
- bigger flashlight pov (only applies to the host sadly)
- players respawn at 80 health (from defibs or from starting a new chapter)
- crawling at 50 hammer units a second
- reviving a player takes 3 seconds, down from 5
- healing takes 3 seconds, down from 5
- shoving is slightly faster and you can shove chargers
- players revive with 50 hp instead of 30 hp
- no limping speed, players run at the same speed no matter the health
- the time for someone to respawn at a closet is increased from 60s to 120s
- respawned players come out with a pistol only
- no voting cooldown
- reduced fall damage
- all weapon pick ups are single time use
- drop items by typing this on console bind g "setinfo nescmd throwitem; taunt; nescmd 0"
- no infected slow down on hit
- increased decal limit
- smokers drag you much faster
- gun reloads when magazine goes in and not when the reload animation finishes
- chainsaw has infinite fuel
- melees attack about 60% faster
- commons do 4 damage on advanced and 10 damage on expert (backshot damage resistance removed)
- no iframes for commons hitting you
- no water slowdown
- bile slows the tank down
- witch's movement speed while burning is the same as when aggro'd normally
- tank is 20% faster by default
- charger has the 66% resistance removed
- specials can't cancel the stagger animation by falling
- shoving commons in the head while jumping will instantly kill them
- temporary health is taken before permanent health
- temporary health is kept on medkit heal
- riot shield blocks certain special attacks
- being the last man standing gives you the adrenaline effect and a slow health regen
- you can revive someone faster and give them the adrenaline effect by holding it out before reviving
- fall damage causes you to stagger
- explosive ammo is now deployable laser sights
- incendiary ammo is now a deployable minigun
- no cam shake on bots shooting through you, on nearby tank and on zombies punching you
- boomer explosions tag whatever is near it, you can also bile teammates
- you reload faster while on adrenaline
- you can ping items by holding reload and shoving it
- smoker cloud slows you down
- you can refill the m60 and grenade launcher
- AI of charger, hunter, witch, jockey is changed and they're harder to deal with
- shotguns gib at close range
- awp gibs commons
- you can shove survivors like in the l4d1 beyta
- the tank punch that downs you now also launches you
- tanks throw rocks way faster
- rocks have 1 hp
- rocks have a 50% smaller collision hitbox
- tank punches do 70 damage on expert instead of 100

it's basically a ton of vscript and weapon script mods crammed into one
