Last Man Standing V-Script

Whenever there is only one survivor remaining, the last remaining survivor will receive the effects of the adrenaline and will have their temporary health recover very slowly.
Whenever another survivor is revived with the defibrillator, the effects of the Last Man Standing are removed.

Settings (located in left4dead2\ems\anxiety\lastmanstanding.cfg)
EffectDelay=2 - how much time to wait before applying the Last Man Standing buff after it is triggered
HealthBufferRate=1.5 - rate to add temporary health to the survivor with the Last Man Standing buff
PlaySoundOnBuff=true - play a barely audible sound when the buff is triggered (I couldn't raise its volume via V-Script. Sorry.)
DisplayTextOnBuff=true - display text when the buff is triggered
TriggerLastManStandingOnOtherSurvivorIncap=false - to trigger the Last Man Standing buff if all other survivors are incapped (The effect goes off when you revive someone, and idea by Kaleido.vtf)
BuffSurvivorsOnTheSacrificeFinale=true - to trigger the Last Man Standing buff on all survivors on The Sacrifice finale

This addon does not work on mutations with only one survivor (such as Lone Gunman and Last Man on Earth)
