[VScript] Spit Damages Infected

Description
Simple as what the title says! Common infected, witches, and special infected will be damaged by the spitter's spit. Commons will be gibbed upon death, and they will also flinch when damaged, same goes for witches. The spit hitbox may be pretty weird at times, so be wary of that. Infected may also in some cases be hit by spit that's above them, but i sadly can't fix that without creating worse issues, sorry.

One more note, special infected get slowed down by damage, so it's pretty effective to trick them into entering a spit puddle.

Works in local servers and singleplayer only.

Probably it can be solved by adding a cfg file if you want. For example, if "slowdown_on_acid = false" on the cfg, the acid damage will use normal damage type that doesn't slow down. So if some people want to remove the slowdown, then can change that from the cfg file.You can also add other features on the cfg file, like the acid damage per tick, & damage exclusion to exclude certain special from acid damage (in case if people want to exclude spitter to damage herself), etc.

The slow effect is not something i added. Its just how si damage works.

I love how this is just a massive nerf to spitter, to the point they're almost a complete detriment to their own team now lmao
