Description
This mod can be installed mid-game.
All features can be enabled or disabled anytime and only affect player.
Compatible with game version 1.10.
Note that this mod generally doesn't require updates for new game versions.

If you don't want random buildings in random states from private investment, I recommend using this mod together with Controllable Private Construction

Overview
  • One-click remove unwanted buildings.
  • Support these buildings: manufacturing industries, arts academy, resources, power plant, railway, agriculture, plantations, port, trade center and conscription centers.
  • Remove buggy conscription centers and buildings owned by "null_state".
  • Remove buildings that can't be downsized because of the current laws.
  • It will cost money to remove buildings (except conscription centers).
    In newly annexed states: 25% of the default nationalizing cost.
    In other states: 100% of the default nationalizing cost.

How to use?
  1. Use "Industrial Restructuring" decree on a state.
  2. Subsidize the buildings you want to remove.
  3. Use the decision "Industrial Restructuring" to remove the subsidized buildings.
  4. Use the decision "Remove Conscription Centers" to remove the conscription centers.
  5. Please note that all levels of the selected buildings in the state will be removed.
  6. Don't forget to temporarily cancel the subsidizing for the buildings you want to keep.

Compatibility
  • No vanilla files were overwritten, so it should be compatible with most mods.

Localization
  • English, Chinese.
    Other languages use English text.

@Lazy Invincible General As of 1.9, you can delete them via the vanilla building tab. Just open the barrack / naval base tab, you can manage or delete the corresponding units at the bottom.

ich habe die mod installiert und ich meine das er auch aktiv ist. ich habe eine Erlass für den gewünschten staat getätigt und auf die Papierfabrik subventionen geschalten. was ist der nächste schritt um zum erfolg zu kommen und so die 2 stufige Papierfabrik aus dem staat zu verbannen.

can you add the ability to remove naval bases and barracks as well, I've got a few bugged out as 5 naval bases have decided that their ships are actually part of the army

1. The mod uses the same effect as enacting laws like Industry Banned, so this shouldn't happen.

2. It's most likely because the state couldn't offer enough suitable jobs at the moment.

3. If there a lot of free arable land, most of the pop will become peasant next week, except some high qualified pops might stay unemployed until their sol is low enough or find a better job, this depends on sol, average wage and welfare.

4. Non-subsistence buildings hiring and migration takes longer time.

5. Some mods that alter hiring or migration might also cause this.

I've found a bug. If you remove a building, people working there won't go into the worker pool anymore.

can you remove a barracks thats not fully employed? I like to do a shattered world game and annex everything with a primitive country, destroy all buildings, then release states. but even letting it run for years wont fully employ all the barracks and id like to get rid of them. i can only remove them once they produce troops.
