Correct! Except it adds one other thing, 24 hour timeout window.

Looks like it tweaks the furnace recipe, increases the number of bars you get while decreasing ore count, and changes the time it takes to craft. Also tweaks the Arcana furnace recipes as well, presumably to the similar benefit. At least this is based on my limited ability to comprehend the code.

Edit: Is this the same as "Noctis's Platinum 1 Ore = 2 Bars Standalone"? Does this offer any benefit other your other mod?
