Description
Held Human

Hold pirates, slaves, and prisoners.
They are tiny, but secure resource supply part.




What you can do
Core & Anomaly
  • Holding humans (hostile faction, slave, prisoner) (immediately will be prisoner)
  • Operating on
  • Generating power (default: 200W)
  • Extracting bioferrites (0.5 per day) (default: disabled)
  • Studying (default: disabled)
  • Needs (default: food enable)
  • Warder jobs
  • Strip

Ideology
  • Enslavement
  • Conversion

Biotech
  • Blood feeding
  • Extracting hemogen packs
  • Carrying to gene extractor, subcore scanner
  • Implanting an embryo




About held human
  • You can research them, or extract bioferrites. (If you want, you have to edit mod settings.)
  • You can generate power with held humans.
  • They never run away if they can't move.
  • They will be berserk when escape.
  • They consume less food

This mod replaces a significant amount of vanilla code to add operations for held humans. In reality, it does not add many operations, but since the original vanilla code is counted as part of the mod’s operations instead, it may misleadingly appear heavy in the analyzer.

Dub's Performance Analyzer showed this mod as a serious offender. I hope you try it yourself and find the issue. :steamthumbsup:

Small request: Make it so only inhuman pawns generate bioferrite and can be researched.

it'd be nice if you could have a toggle on holding platforms to turn off if you want prisoners on them. otherwise, colonists automatically haul prisoners to the platforms if they're unoccupied. i'd like to have a few platforms empty for when i want to capture anomalies, rather than having my prison cells go to waste.

I have a suggestion. Instead of being able of extracting bioferrite from humans, change it to automate hemogen extraction!

Hey does this mod work with nutrient pasted dispenser expanded? Can I automate the feeding of my prisoners?

Prison labor and this mod dont like each other for some reason. When a prisoner is assigned to dark study held human , the prisoner studies the human for infinite amount of time or untill force stopped ( example = human is no longer being held)

From my experience, this mod works great with Big and Small. Especially the large pawns.
