Simple Prosthetics Rebalance

Description
Ever wondered why a wooden peg is only 40% worse than a natural leg, and why a prosthetic arm created by an incomprehensible super-intellegence is merely one and a half times better than it's natural counterpart? I did, so I created a simple solution.

This mod consists of multiple patches that rebalance the efficiency of prosthetics and artificial organs in the base game and EPOE-Forked (other mods will probably be covered in the future), for the sake of making primitive body parts more realistic, and high-tech prosthetics being more worth the resources and efforts spent obtaining them.

The changes in efficency are:

- Wooden prosthetics: 60% to 40%
- Industrial tech prosthetics: unaffected (80-85%)
- Bionics: 125% to 130%
- Advanced bionics (from EPOE): 135% to 160%
- Archotech prosthetics: 150% to 200%

Safe to add/remove from an existing save file.

cant transplant lung i harvested and there are errors in the menu, is this something fucked?

Some parts are incompatible with MSE 2, gives 2 errors:

The problem i found is that the lungs instead of giving 130% they give 125%

@chrisque1 sorry for the long response, but both mods seem to be working completely fine, regardless of load order, since quality bionics only multiplies the efficency value of a prosthetic without redefining it

there's already a mod that adds qualities to bionics! (Pretty sure it's actually called "Quality bionics")

I think it would be interesting to add qualities to prosthetics. using the baseline stats as (good) quality.
