Biasedly Balanced Expanded is a Modpack that was originally started by Belusterk and Bookworm9389, and subsequently Developed by Arumba and a couple of his moderators and long-time viewers. It started as a small modpack that had multiple Conflicts and compatibility issues and turned into a massive overhaul of multiple mods to make them compatible and get them to work together. This has been a long and painful undertaking that isn't finished yet. The Modpack includes Missions Expanded, Governments Expanded, and Trade Goods Expanded, Ideas Variation, Difficulty & AI, and some essential additions of our own.

As a general overview many of the idea groups have been massively overhauled (Ideas Variation Lite) and most countries had their mission trees changed (Missions Expanded). These are the two core mods to the modpack, they change the balance of gameplay to the point where EU4 becomes a completely different game. The AI has been tweaked to be more intelligent; it will take better idea groups, not sit at max monarch power, and makes smarter decisions when it comes to buildings. The AI has also been given certain limitations so that it does not sit at max Monarch Points or builds up a massive stockpile of ducats.

In our opinion those changes make the game better. You may like it, you may not, we are always open for suggestions! This mod is always being updated and altered with patches and tweaks from our development team, and when the main mods update, we have to tweak things on our end to ensure compatibility!
