I've opened every mod in the required list but I still don't see any with this cosmetic.
you should be though.. i originally have them set to vanilla classes on the unmodded version, so playing with these without some mods might make them either use a random class or default to the vanilla class i have set originally..

and the required items are not really hard requirements; these are more or less soft requirements.. not using one of the required items means a character may not look as i originally designed...
i'm currently have university stuff, so i don't have time to mod alot of new things.. but it definitely is on my to do list... also i have added more people to this list, i just have to update this mod for it
