Strange it was never adding this file to my workshop folder but i was able to download it from here manually and it works and its SUPERB!

@illequine - I tried the unsubscribing/resubscribing to no avail. I am not quite familiar with the game menu but thats just some research ill have to do. Thanks for your mods and support!

they should all show up for all standard soldiers, non-human and other XCOM factions like reapers and templars etc.. cannot use the voicepacks. If you still have this issue, unsubscribe the voicepacks, load the game, resubscribe and try it again. Also, if you want to try them in the game menu first and see if they work there, there's a very slight chance another mod may be stopping the voices from working.

Just subscribed to a handful of these. they worked for me in previous playthroughs but currently all of them do not show up on the voice list for character customization? any help/ideas?
