Here is my Angry Joe custom voicepack. Over 12 minutes of audio included! The voice clips are taken from various reviews, streams, and rants. I've playtested quite a bit and it all sounds good to me. I can edit as necessary to make sure that all the voices have the same audio strength. This is my first ever Steam mod so I'll do my best.
These audio clips took a long time to make, but it was worth it!

Angry Joe is the reason I discovered Xcom in the first place, so this mod is a little tribute to him.
