+rep Stole my money pouch, and said out loud "I ain' got cho' mani!" He proceeded to run away from me. I then began to chase him down, and attempt to kill him. He put up a great fight, but just as I was about to slit his wrist, he turns into this...water-like form! It was unbelivable! He drizzled into a nearby drain and scurried off. He was never seen again, and I never got my ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ pouch back. ♥♥♥♥ you, aqua-thief.
