I love the Alien franchise... so I spent an hour with the mod fixes and .INI tweaks, but the game is still unplayable. Was able to actually "play" some of the first level but it crashes.

PC specs in profile.

It has so much potential, but you can't play it. There is so much good about this game, from the voice acting and sound effects, to the tense atmosphere. I REALLY want to like this game. Such a shame it's broken.

My favorite part was the codex entries. Felt like reading an old bible. Every word chosen perfectly to tell an amazing story.

Best (and only decent) game Bethesda has released since Doom 2016.

I do wish they had some creepy music in here. It's always metal rock, even when idling.

Fun little story from two perspectives. Narration is good. Writing is good. Graphics are good. More a visual novel with some game elements. Eat a sandwich, smoke a cigarette, relax and it will unfold.

Pay to win. Micro trans. Dumb puzzles with bad graphics actively encouraging you to buy real money items.

Had tons of fun with this game. Lots of weapons and upgrades and customization. Battle gets crazy but feels great to blow those machines up. Especially the ones with skin and it shreds off when you're shooting them and they slowly turn into a monster demon looking robot. Characters were likable. Story was decent. Very polished for PC. Has only a few pre-rendered scenes but they're done well. Seems a little pricey, but if you find it on sale and love Terminator, this is great.

If you can pick it up for $5-10, go for it. It's dated. Has a bunch of pre-rendered scenes compressed to death. Didn't give much love to PC port, so you absolutely will need to use the mouse fix found here:

This was a fun story. Lots of CGI cut-scenes but that's okay... Kinda sucks being dead but the game is casual and entertaining.

You need a very fast computer to enjoy this title at 60 FPS. It's beautiful. The keyboard layout isn't. You'll get used to it after a while but keep going and it will come. It's a fun world.

Room 1 - Great
Room 2 - Good
Room 3 - Below average

It feels like someone very important left the company between 2 and 3. But you can't enjoy the experience without the trio. So it starts strong and ends in frustration.

Three is where the game falls apart. It's so overly complex and senseless you would be best off watching it on YouTube.

If you can get the whole trilogy for around $5, go for it. Otherwise, rent a movie or something.
