Got a blister on my thumb after one level.

Court rules change on the fly. No jury. Who is on trial changes with the wind. Evidence often doesn't make sense. Witness testimonies are ridiculous and perjury doesn't seem to exist, they'll change testimony 3 or 4 times. Same annoying MIDI music for hours on end. It often will "auto-pilot" making objections without prompting it. Animation is like a PowerPoint presentation. The default "screen shake" quickly gives a headache (turn it off). The price is outrageous. You can get this on Gameboy Advance, that's how weak the graphics are. Truly a drudge to play. So glad it's over. Might have made a decent anime series...

AFTER GAME EDIT: After completing the game, I changed my review to positive. The story is good enough to bare the critiques below. I still hated the controls to the very end, but it was worth it.

I VERY much enjoyed Detroit: Become Human, but here the control are awful, and I mean the worst. Maybe a controller would be slightly better, but it is just downright ridiculous." Press A" really fast... Click the white dot and guess which direction to move it: "A door?" Let's click and pull it open, nah you gotta scroll up to open a swinging door. And when you're controlling the ghost thing, it's like no-clipping mode... until you have to just click where you wanna go. There is no continuity.

You can't look around very much and will hit invisible walls constantly. The graphics are far inferior to Detroit: Become Human. The choices are stupid. They really don't matter much. 90%+ of people all choose the same thing. I'd rather just watch it than interact with it.

It's not "science fiction", it's supernatural fantasy. The acting is good but the "gameplay" is terrible. This is only my second Quantic Dream game and hoping the other one, "Heavy Rain", is better. But that Detroit game is amazing. This one got rushed out the door for PC and they never fixed it.

Turn off "FidelityFX" and it won't crash at all.

This game is pretty bad ass. Story is awesome. Characters, awesome. Graphics and music, awesome.

It is mostly quicktime events, but I can't see any other way it could achieve the 1000 different possible scenarios and endings without them.

Beautiful graphics, great voice work, story is purposefully confusing until the end, which makes you wanna re-play it with your new-found perspective on the story. Some of the levels turn full platforming, but other than that it's a fun experience and I will be playing it again soon.

Might as well read a book. The dialog doesn't make sense. The plot is awful. Not a single character is likable. I spent 8 hours and had done one "surgery" which was just click where to cut. This isn't really what was advertised in my opinion. It's also poorly executed. It even seems translated. Really is one of the worst games I ever played. My final goodbye is a clicky ALT-F4.

I had fun playing by myself. The puzzles were fairly easy and the action felt good. I did have some random crashing but you can get back in the game pretty fast and it saves a lot.

If someday I make a friend, maybe we can play this together.

This was my favorite RPG on PC as a kid. I had tried to reinstall and get back into it several times but it never worked right.

Finally some love was given to this treasure of a game. I'm blown away by the features added to make it more modern.

It's absolutely perfect and still keeps the same feel. Can't wait to venture forth once again and meet up with all my old NPC friends. THANK YOU devs.
