EDIT:
Oh, yep, after some deep digging I found what it actually does.
The sensor radius is just the radius it finds entities at.
Cutout radius is the regular mining one and it gets multiplied by various (hardcoded) numbers depending on what you're hitting:
Voxel + right click (no ore collection) = x3
Character = x0.800000011920929
FloatingObject = x1.3300000429153442
So, yeah... not gonna print all of those, I'll just do the no-ore one as 3x and adjust overlays to match.
