(Fixed) [Bug Report] Nombat music shuffles while in a vehicle

When Nombat is disabled in the spawn menu while in a vehicle, music shuffles every half second. The bug happens to custom and stock vehicles (excluding the chairs). Nothing shows up in error logs or console. Only tested on the 64-bit branch.

Upon further usage, it also happens when no-clipping into map geometry and brushes.

I updated some stuff before I tested this bug, and it seems I cannot replicate it. Can you test if it's still an issue after the latest update?
