Got the same issue but ive ran tests ive built in on another tile with just a generator the coms unit and the data scraper, got one item of intel, tested nothing, even got my pawn to put it in storage and still no luck, even got a vehicle threw all the intel in it that i had a blew it sky high to remove it in case it was a bug with recognizing it and still no luck, hope this gets fixed soon coz i cant lower visibility rating and stuck at 98 with the divine inferno ticking down
