Oh man that took a couple of days, but I just 100%'ed the mod. I got all 450 tumors but didn't touch the cartridges. I did complete The Noose however. 5323 deaths in total. Here is my review of the mod:

I think this is the best mod out there by far. There is only one way to make a good TEIN mod and that is with creative level design, and I can say mod delivered spectacularly. Many of the levels have you playing around with the base game objects in a way that was never explored in vanilla. I feel the level design is comparable to the vanilla game level design, if not better. All the new stages look visually amazing. I did particularly enjoy the branching level gimmick of the overhang, that was a very clever change of pace.

I do have some critiques though. I think there are some levels within the vault that could use slight tweaking. I don't have the exact levels at hand but some of them I finished and I'd just say "That was fking ridiculous". Another issue I have is that quite a few of the mega tumor secret areas have you jump so close to the level exit goo. I believe one secret room in the vault just drops you into the goo if you happen to move forward as soon as you enter the room. This can be frustrating if it's tough to reach those secret rooms only for you to accidentally exit the secret room for making a misstep into the exit goo. My last critique is that I think a small handful of the songs in the mod could use some more work. I think the most egregious song to listen to was the track for Dwarf Fortress. I had to turn off my music after a while in that area, it's just way too chaotic. Like I get it's most likely a classical song, but it was really tough to listen to regardless. Don't take me as a music hater though, because I did particularly enjoy other songs in the soundtrack, such as the track for The Coast. That track is very nice to listen to :)

Overall this was the best TEIN mod I have ever played and it definitely scratched the itch I get for playing the base game. I appreciate all the work the mod creators put into this, this truly was executed so competently. I have additional appreciation for all the elbow grease the level designers put into this mod, they really designed their hearts out. I wish I could continue to talk about this mod, but this is already long enough haha. Excellent work to you mod creators!
